Crispy onion rings

Slice the onions medium thick and dip them in water with ice after 10 mins take it out and lay it on a paper towel to dry. 
Make the paste with 
[ ] 2 egg 
[ ] 1 tsp salt 
[ ] crushes chilli flakes 
[ ] 1 tsp black pepper powder 
[ ] 7 tbsp flour 
[ ] Add ½ cup water 
Make a smooth batter and dip each onion ring in the batter then deep fry in oil till golden brown and cripsy.
