Steak fillets from MEDINA MEATS
Slit the roll in half spread melted butter on each side.
Marinate the steak in crushed garlic, chilli flakes, kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon, salt and pepper.
Cook the steak in a pot once soft shred steak into thick pieces.
Mix the steak with steers prego sauce and steers peri peri sauce. Add the shredded steak to the roll sprinkle cheese and parsley.
Place in the oven until cheese has melted.
