Crispy onion rings

Slice the onions medium thick and dip them in water with ice after 10 mins take it out and lay it on a paper towel to dry.  Make the paste with  [ ] 2 egg  [ ] 1 tsp salt  [ ] crushes chilli flakes  [ ] 1 tsp black pepper powder  [ ] 7 tbsp flour  [ ] Add ½ cup water  Make a smooth batter and dip each onion ring in the batter then deep fry in oil till golden brown and cripsy.  MEDINA MEATS

Steak Rolls

Steak fillets from MEDINA MEATS  Slit the roll in half spread melted butter on each side. Marinate the steak in crushed garlic, chilli flakes, kashmiri chilli powder 1 teaspoon, salt and pepper.  Cook the steak in a pot once soft shred steak into thick pieces.  Mix the steak with steers prego sauce  and steers peri peri sauce. Add the shredded steak to the roll sprinkle cheese and parsley.  Place in the oven until cheese has melted.

Crispy Hake Fillets

Hake fillets from MEDINA MEATS  Marinate the fish in seven colours spice from medina meats Make batter for fish : ½ cup flour  ¼ cup cornflour  Ground green chillies  1 egg  ¼ teaspoon salt  Egg yellow colour  ½ teaspoon baking powder  ½ cup soda water mix thoroughly and dip the fish in the batter and deep fry in oil. Tartar sauce: Cubed green pepper and onions. Yogurt and Mayonnaise add salt and pepper sprinkle Chili powder
